Because we reserve your appointment time and make preparations for your arrival and service, we ask for a courtesy call 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Additionally, our stylist only get paid only if our guests make their appointments; if guests do not keep their appointments, our stylist do not earn an income. Appointments after first no show or appropriate cancellation in less than the required time will be subjected to be required to submit credit card information to hold appointment. If they no show again then they will be billed 50% of the service.
If local school in your area has been canceled there will be no charge for a missed appointment on a snow day. All appointments will be rescheduled. We will call you to to reschedule.
Return Check Policy
$30 return check fee will be added to each check that is returned.
