Please read our company policy when booking with us.
Because we reserve your appointment time and make preparations for your arrival and service, we ask for a courtesy call 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Additionally, our stylist only get paid only if our guests make their appointments; if guests do not keep their appointments, our stylist do not earn an income. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be subjected to be billed 50% of service. We charge 100% of the full price of the service for appointments that are No Call No Show.
If local school in your area has been canceled there will be no charge for a missed appointment on a snow day. All appointments will be rescheduled. We will call you to to reschedule.
Return Check Policy
$30 return check fee will be added to each check that is returned.
